How do I track my order?
 

We aim to have all orders dispatched by the next working day if ordered by 5pm and all orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, please contact us amberlovelondon@outlook.com

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We use one standard delivery service, which is 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For at a flat fee of £3.95.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If you would like to return your item, please send us an email amberlovelondon@outlook.com

Returns policy is 14 days from date of purchase. For hygiene reasons, all earrings are exempt and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

The Royal Rail tracking number is sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.
